In an effort to establish a long-term vision for the South Dakota State Aviation System Plan, a survey will be developed to measure direct and indirect economic impacts of aviation within the state of South Dakota. This survey will be distributed to airport users who depend on the state’s airports to conduct business. The data collected as a part of this effort will be used to better define the impact of aviation on local, regional, and state economies.
