Public participation

Airport officials, community leaders, and the general public all play an important role in the Master Planning process.

A Master Plan Advisory Committee has been appointed to assist in the preparation of this plan and will meet 4 times during the course of this approximately 15-month study. The committee works with the consultants to ensure that the project incorporates a comprehensive, community-based perspective. Members of the Master Plan Advisory Committee are listed below.

• Steven Tostenrud – Banker and Aircraft Owner
• Robb Bergeson – General Manager, Edwards Jet Center
• Clete W. Knaub – Assistant Professor of Aviation and Business, Rocky Mountain College
• Paul Gatzemeier – Corporate Jet

Public information workshops were held at two milestones during the preparation of the Master Plan. The actual dates, times, and locations will be advertised in the local newspaper.
