Eric is all about finding you the best solution to the water resource issue at hand. “Your need to hear all sides to find solutions that are wins for everyone,” he says. Eric’s interpersonal skills and firm grasp of engineering are a model skill set for challenging problems. His interest in water and dams stems from summers as a tour boat guide on the Wisconsin River dells as a college student.
