Jeff specializes in services for federal agencies, such as facilities development and management, architectural engineering, construction engineering and contract administration. As a consultant, he worked with on Army, Navy and Air Force projects around the world. In his previous career, Jeff served in base and command level positions with the Air Force, and lived in Iceland and Bahrain.
