Our employees are the heart of Mead & Hunt.  Without them, we wouldn’t be the success we are today. Not only are they the trusted partners of our clients, our employees become like family to each other.  Spending time together during the workday is one thing, but our employees spend time with each other outside the office because they enjoy each others’ company.  That says something about our people. Here we value the relationship more than the prize.  We work tremendously hard to protect this culture; this is where business thrives.

It’s essential that each employee feels valued and respected, no matter what position he or she holds here. Employees who don’t feel valued or respected tend to leave organizations. It speaks volumes that we have one of the lowest turnover rates in our industry and that current employees are recommending us to others as a great place to work. Valuing and respecting everyone’s contribution here is a core premise behind our mission, vision, and values statements.  To help make this happen, and to make sure it continues, our firm formed a Corporate Culture Committee, which develops programs that bring these statements to life.
