College Connection Facility – Southwest Tech College

Mead & Hunt designed “The College Connection,” including 13,980 square feet of new space on the Southwest Wisconsin Technical College campus.  The new building houses student services, financial services, meeting space, the dining area, and classrooms. 

The College Connection provides one-stop-shopping for students.  Two departments – Admissions and Registration – relocated to the building, helping alleviate student congestion during registration and at the beginning of each semester.  A centralized reception/information desk and waiting area greets students, faculty, staff, and visitors.  Classrooms and meeting rooms are equipped with wireless and audio/visual technology as well as storage space.
