ACI-NA’s 2012 Marketing & Communications and JumpStart® Air Service Development Program will be held in Sacramento June 4-7.
The Marketing & Communications portion of the conference will provide information on marketing and communications programs for those involved with media relations, air service development, marketing, customer service and community relations professionals. JumpStart offers airport representatives the opportunity to meet one-on-one with airlines to make the case for new air service.
If you attended Network USA in March, JumpStart offers many similarities. Airlines use the conference as an efficient way to meet face-to-face with communities to discuss existing and potential air service opportunities in a “speed-dating” format. Scheduled meetings have been announced to participants. For those attending, be sure to come prepared with the main selling points of your market. Some airlines prefer an electronic version for take-away and gifts/logo items are common. Be prepared!
