The plan will benefit both the city and business owners. It will guide construction practices that will protect the waterways. Revitalization is also expected to attract new businesses. The retrofit addresses an existing parking lot drainage problem.  We proposed removing the failed dry well and incorporating a rain garden instead.  It would provide water quality treatment and flow control on site before discharging to the city’s storm water system. The garden would lower the temperature of runoff to lower the environmental impact.  '];

While traditional programming requirements were addressed, additional efforts were made to reach the sustainability goal of the project.
