Advisory Committee MeetingNovember 14, 2006 — Redmond presentation
Regional Workshops Two sets of regional workshops will be held to distribute information about the studies and solicit data from airports, local communities and businesses about their use of local airports. The first set of workshops will be held early in 2006 and will be used to kick-off the data collection phase of both studies. Workshops will be held by region to provide shorter commuting distances. A map illustrating the various regions and a list of airports by region is attached. The second set of workshops will be held in late 2006 to coincide with the completion of the study. This workshop will be focused on explaining the results of the studies and how to use that information to promote the airport and guide growth around the airport. The project team will participate in workshops in six different locations for each phase (data collection and results). The location for the workshops have identified (click on the region number for details).
NOTE: A delay within the State of Oregon printing services, caused the Flightlines newsletter to be published after the regional workshops took place. Copies of the PowerPoint presentations for each workshop can be found on this website. If you have comments that you'd like to share with the project team, please feel free to contact the team using the comment form on this web site or call the project contacts. |
