Each set of public open houses will include two sessions, one in the City of Pullman and one in the City of Moscow on back-to-back evenings. The open houses will present identical topics and materials.

The open houses will be timed to occur at the following milestones:

  • Project Introduction: Scheduled for Fall 2013 (see details below)
  • Alternatives Considered and Environmental Consequences (anticipated Winter 2014)

The first set of open houses were held in November 2013. The Pullman event was held Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Express (1190 SE Bishop Boulevard, Pullman, WA).
